Take The Oath.
We don’t expect you to be Mahatma Gandhi or Mother Teresa. When you join the team, the biggest part of your job is to ensure the wellbeing of your own team. That’s going to mean setting differences aside, building relationships, and changing the culture.
Train.
Bad days are coming- we don’t know when, but they’re coming. Our specially curated training prepares you for when they do. We’ll pay for it, organize it, and ensure that you get any applicable CEU / CME credit for it. Your job is to finish the course within the deadline.
Get Out There.
Get back to work and talk about your experiences. Build up your team. When they’re ready, send them our way and we’ll prepare them, too.

Instruct
We need to reach people’s hearts and minds. Getting them in the door falls on you.
Are you an instructor? We need you.
Would you like to become an instructor? We’ll get you there if you teach for us.
Keep it Running
Your work in the front of the room directly funds the organization. Every class you teach gets volunteers trained.
There are countless jobs that need to be done to keep this ship afloat. We can’t do this without you.
